Feel-Good Systems Intensive

What could you do if you weren’t afraid to fail?

Feel-Good Systems are a cozy blanket. A safety net. A huge gulp of fresh air. They’re the kind of systems that respond to your needs because they’re built with you at the center. Your experiences are what inform your needs. They’re what illuminate the unique character in the way you work, and it’s where we always start. The perfect system doesn’t exist, but a feel-good system is pretty close. It’s the one built for you, the one that takes all of you into account, and the one you actually use.

With supportive, feel-good systems at your back, failure is a welcome bump in the road — the spark to learn more, gain clarity, and move forward with ease and sustainability.

In this reflection-focused six week intensive, we’ll create systems that will fuel you far into the future. We’ll tap into curiosity, observe, and dig deep to create a system that will transform the cycle of struggle ‣ retreat ‣ struggle harder, into reflect ‣ refocus ‣ respond. In this open, brave community, we’ll get honest about what isn’t working, learn with and from each other, and generate feel-good systems built upon your needs and the truth in your experience.

You'll learn more about yourself, your work style, your habits, and what you need to function well than you could ever find in another program or on your own. Stacey is thoughtful, grounding, smart, and knows her shit.

I created Monday Made because I needed it

I have struggled with procrastination, making progress on goals, and feeling productive for as long as I can remember. The inspiration for Monday Made came the moment I finally realized that I wasn’t alone in that struggle.

Take a peek into the program

Monday Makers will be jam-packed with learning and accessible, supported action.

📺
Live learning sessions.

  • We’ll come together live on Zoom every week for live learning — but these may not be the sessions you’re used to. We’ll focus on all facets of your systems from your struggles and fears, to your hopes and too-big-to-contemplate goals, and into your self-health and tools for replenishment. Through a combination of practical skill building and honing the muscle of reflection we’ll build the foundation for your long-term success.

🙋🏻‍♀️
One-on-one support.

  • Included with the program are two one-on-ones. Just me and you digging in. The time is yours for whatever you need — I’ll help you craft your systems live, provide feedback and recommendations, answer your questions, talk through your challenges, and celebrate your wins. I’ll also always be available in our Slack channel!

🧦
Group retreat day.

  • When was the last time you turned off your phone, silenced your computer notifications, locked that office door, and just focused on you? Well buckle up because you’re about to 😉

The six-week intensive kicks off with a half-day virtual retreat where we’ll get to know one another through thoughtful activities that will jump start your feel-good systems creation. Tap into your values, your needs, and get real about how to protect them.

📎
Co-working and accountability.

  • What’s a business community without collective accountability! We’ll chat on Slack and share resources in Notion. Scheduled co-working sessions will be open to everyone where we’ll help keep one another accountable and ask for support where needed.

📚
Offline + at your own pace education.

  • Between live sessions you’ll have some supported homework to learn the nuts-n-bolts of your systems. These will be tailored to your tools of choice. Notion is my #1 recommended digital tool, but homework can be modified to fit many other digital tools if you’ve already invested time and financial resources with another tool. This targeted skills-based learning will be your ally in turning your systems visions into reality.

🎁
Free tools and incentives.

  • Every activity we do together will have a handout and instructions available for you to repeat at any time. It’s important to revisit our needs and goals so that we can adjust to the ways they change over time. In addition to lots of free tools, there are treat-yo-self bonuses sprinkled throughout the program.

Stacey's approach centers around designing personalized systems that support people and fit their lives, rather than trying to fit life into the cracks between work chaos.

hi! I’m stacey!

I’m a notorious half-finisher, accidental wiener dog enthusiast, relaxation lover, and the owner of Monday Made + creator of the Monday Makers Intensive.

My professional start was in graphic design and project management, and after opening and then hibernating my first business, Oh hey face, I shifted my focus to Monday Made. Because I noticed that I, and so many of the other small business owners I know, consistently struggle with with the ‘business’ side of small business.

We’re all makers of something — and excellent ones at that — which is what brought us to our businesses. But there are so many small, moving pieces, and doing it all on your own is a new and challenging endeavor that most of us aren’t prepared for.

So, I started developing Monday Made because I needed it. I needed to find a way to make more room for creating, for my life to feel more in balance, and for my stress and anxiety to have an appropriately-sized container.

If you feel like me — if you’re a maker, a giver, a mentor, struggling to find enough time to offer what you’re so uniquely good at, then you’re in the right place. Monday Makers is building business owners that trust their experiences, prioritize their self-health, and create the fuel they need to sustain.

frequently asked questions

  • Life is life, things happen, schedules shift, and a recording of every live learning session will be available on our shared Notion page!

BUT here’s what else I’ll say

Learning and pursuing growth in a community is a pivotal element in getting the most out of the program. When we learn live, there’s dialogue and exploration that you’ll be a spectator to when you watch the recording. It’s how we connect and bring our struggles out of the shadows. It’s also how I’ll understand the needs of the group so that the live learning can adjust to fit the group as needed and I want your needs to be part of that process too!

  • The retreat day is a vital foundational element for the rest of the program.

The activities we’ll work through will be referenced regularly and will provide the framework and focus for the systems you build. It’s the first opportunity to connect with the rest of the group.

In order for me to to feel confident I’ve offered you the best experience and the best outcomes the program has to offer, the retreat day is critical.

If you have a firmly non-negotiable conflict and no other intensive sessions work for you I do offer a workaround. Please reach out if this is you!

  • Nope! I have the most experience with service providers like coaches, event planners, marketers, etc. and hard product-based businesses, but the program is built to reflect on and support your learning and productivity style regardless of what you create.

If you feel you have a particularly unique situation please don’t hesitate to reach out! Contact Me

  • Then this is an incredible place to start. The intensive will have tons of beginner-friendly content and education. Being new to systems is almost best case scenario! You’ll be equipped with tools to help you better evaluate your systems and needs and prevent the frustration and headache that can accompany solo trial and error.

  • Amazing. The intensive works for systems newbies and experts alike.

If you feel comfortable and confident with where your systems are, you’ll use the program to gain more clarity and ownership of your life + work balance, ensure that you’re replenishing sufficiently and refining your understanding of your capacity and burnout tipping points. Experts also look ahead, creating plans and strategies for busy seasons and future burnout recovery.

Since you likely won’t be spending as much time building from scratch, you’ll get to focus on the juicy stuff of crafting a feel-good life.

  • That is totally ok! There is a basic need for technology to participate in the program elements — Google Calendar, Zoom, Slack, Notion — but your system can be built anywhere.

If you’re more comfortable with pen and paper, we can definitely make that work! Systems should meet you at your needs, whatever they are.
